We are a dynamic, growing organization that is always open to hiring more clinicians.
Our preference is to hire licensed clinicians, but we also hire provisionally licensed clinicians. We are an insurance-based practice, so if you are licensed, you will work with clients who are using their insurance. This means that once you are credentialed you will have plenty of clients very early on.

We handle all of the administrative work for you.
We provide credentialing with insurance plans, billing, bookkeeping, administrative staff and supplies. Everything you need to make sure you get paid.
Supervision is provided at no cost.
If you are in the process of full licensure, we can provide supervision for that process. We are able to provide specialized supervision in groups such as couples and family, EMDR, somatic therapy, etc. We do not have the ability to provide supervision to social workers or Marriage and Family Counselors.
Health insurance is available.
For employees, 50% of the premium is covered by the organization. Insurance for spouse and children is also available at full cost. Dental, vision, and disability insurance is also available for purchase. Your share of the premium is pulled from your payroll before taxes.
You can have a flexible schedule.
You decide how many and what kind of clients to see. We ask that you work at least one evening per week, but other than that, you make your own schedule based on your needs. We also offer support in communicating this to your clients – letting your schedule drive what you have available for clients.
Savings & Spending Accounts.
You have access to Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts to be used for dependent care. Both have deposits pulled from payroll before being taxed, saving you money.

For practicum students and interns:
We LOVE working with students.
If you are needing a practicum/internship site, consider us. We provide stellar supervision and you are able to attend our specialized supervision groups as well (see above). You will have the ability to work with a wide variety of clients.
Please note: We only accept students for 2 semesters or more.
This allows for time to build a caseload and work with your clients for a reasonable amount of time.
We are not able to accommodate social work interns.
