Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth has a Masters of Education in Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from Stephens College. Her undergraduate degree is in Therapeutic Recreation. She has more than 20 years of experience working with adolescents in a variety of settings. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and stress. She also has experience with neurodivergence, residential supports, and complex treatment planning. She works with adolescents, college students, and young adults. 

Elizabeth utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, incorporating Rational-Emotive and Systems principles to address the difficult situations that lead a person to seek therapy. By partnering with each individual, she works to create a safe space to process emotions and develop coping skills.
