Born and raised in Missouri, Kailee has a lifelong passion for supporting youth and adolescents as they navigate life’s challenges. She holds an associate’s degree in teaching and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, with certifications in both elementary and special education. Currently in the final stages of her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Kailee brings a unique blend of educational and therapeutic experience to her work.

With a client-centered approach, Kailee integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a supportive and collaborative environment. She believes in meeting clients where they are, empowering them to explore their strengths, and guiding them toward meaningful growth and self-awareness.

Kailee has a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults on concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity development, and peer relationships. Her background in education has given her a deep understanding of the challenges young people face and the importance of fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

She is passionate about creating a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and capable of achieving their goals. Guided by the belief that healing is both a journey and a process, Kailee strives to empower her clients to build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop a stronger sense of self.
