Meet Traci
Traci McCall completed her Masters of Science in Clinical Counseling at Central Methodist University in May, 2021. She is also a Registered Nurse of over 30 years. Traci’s counseling experience has included working with all ages in areas ranging from depression and anxiety, grief, life transitions, family/relational conflict, and school/work/life stress. Her nursing experience includes working with chronic pain, difficult medical diagnosis, infertility, and infant loss.
Traci approaches therapy as a healing journey that is client-centered. Utilizing an eclectic approach to meet client’s individual needs, she draws on evidence based modalities, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychoeducation and Mindfulness to support clients.
Building a trustworthy, non-judgmental and genuine relationship between therapist and client is at the very core of client success. The warm and caring relationship Traci fosters, in addition to working in partnership with her clients, provides opportunities for clients to utilize their strengths in achieving increased wellness.
Traci works under the direct supervision of Dr. Chris Lawrence.
